and occasionally rides a bike.
A word of warning. The walk descriptions are not detailed enough to guide you - please take a map. The batteries never run out, and you always have a signal. Oh, And don't take left or right as gospel!

Rushton and Pipewell circular

 Monday 13th June

From Dave Askew’s website - thank you.

Be careful at point 4 - don’t turn left parallel to the railway, just keep straight on the wider path.

At point 13   the footpath sign is almost hidden in the hedge, but the path through the crops is clear.

At point 14, just check the instructions carefully as we went the wrong way briefly!

Over to Maureen’s for 9.30, drove to Rushton, and did walk to Pipewell,

where we sat on a (different) bench and had a short break before returning via road and a field path. Passed Triangular
Lodge,

and walked through churchyard into
Rushton. Just under 6 miles from where we parked.
Home for lunch.
Warm but cloudy - slightly humid.
