A word of warning. The walk descriptions are not detailed enough to guide you - please take a map. The batteries never run out, and you always have a signal. Oh, And don't take left or right as gospel!

Pitsford Water, circular anticlockwise from the cafe.
Monday October 23 2017. With Maureen, Marion and Eddie. The weather stayed dry until we finished walking, apart from a few spots of drizzle.
Grey skies - onward
through the woodland
Still grey
Undaunted
colour!
and more
We finished the walk and had lunch in the Willow Cafe at the country park.
This is one of our standard walks for when the weather isn't perfect. It avoids thise foot-dragging muddy fields. We saw little egrets today, but no lapwings - I think the wind had blown them away.

I had a good, mild 8 miles or so on Monday 2. Only I didn't have those views.

Undaunted indeed. Glad you were able to do your walk before the weather worsened. Like the glimpses of autumn colour.
