We heard and saw a couple of green woodpeckers on our way. The route is the same as the walk for 23 July 2012.

Those cobble stones are murder as well.
The poor recent weather meant that I didn't need an excuse to stay in and watch it each day on TV.
No that I needed one.
We've watched the highlights for years - since the Indurain era. But this year was something special.
