From the Visitor Centre towards Thrapston and back again. Weather fairly miserable, drizzly and grey. This encouraged us to indulge in a pre-walk coffee, watching the ducks diving on the lake. When we set off we walked quite fast and didn't spend much time taking in the surroundings.
Just over 7 miles in all, then back to the VC for soup and a roll , followed by cake and coffee in the car. We don't walk to lose weight.
