Fineshade again

 A very gentle stroll with grandchildren and their parents, after time at the playground, and of course, a snack break.
Not done by our lot!






A lot of time was spent identifying leaves, looking at fungi, and watching birds in the hide.  The feeders were not as busy as they sometimes are. We saw mostly bluetits, though a sparrowhawk flew by at some speed.
The lovely, though toxic, heart shaped four-lobed fruits of the spindle tree.

    If the yellow fungi are sulphur tuft I'm seeing a lot of those, or something very similar

    I'm not good on fungi, unfortunately. Any ideas about the funny little spiky ones - they had a pale orangeish tinge on their "mushroom" colour. It's the first time I've seen them.
